Harvard University investigates 125 undergraduates in mass copying scandal


Harvard University is investigating over 125 undergraduate students in a mass copying scandal, it is believed that these students have mutually helped each other on a take-home exam. The class and the names of the students are not revealed by the University, each student whose work is in question has been called to appear before a subcommittee of the Harvard College Administrative Board.

“These allegations, if proven, represent totally unacceptable behavior that betrays the trust upon which intellectual inquiry at Harvard depends,” President Drew Faust said. However the Jay M. Harris the Dean of undergraduates studies emphasized that none of the allegations has been proven and said there’s no evidence of widespread cheating at Harvard.
