The last date for correcting mistakes in the online EAMCET 2012 application form is 10 April 2012. Candidates can approach the nearest regional centre or EAMCET office in person with valid proofs or contact EAMCET office at 040-23150362/23150462. This year the application process for EAMCET went online there was no offline forms, EAMCET will be held on 12 May 2012 (Sunday). Candidates who didn’t apply for EAMCET 2012 can apply with a late fee of Rs 1000 till 19 April 2012.
The AP State Board of Higher Education has innovated and smoothed the application process by going online. The online application system is hosted at http://apeamcet.org/; a detailed step by step guide was provided for the benefit of candidates. As per the news this year there were more registrations for EAMCET 2012 compared to last year.
Despite news about EAMCET being replaced by NEET UG from this year, AP Government was one among several states which expressed dissatisfaction over the Medical CET proposed by MCI (Medical Council of India). If MCI keeps a firm hold on the Medical CET this might probably the last EAMCET.
