No DPMT & DUMET This Year, Admissions Based On AIPMT

This year there won’t be Delhi University Pre Medical Entrance Test (DPMT) & Delhi University Medical Entrance Test (DUMET) instead admission to Delhi University’s (DU) medical and dental colleges will be on the basis of merit in AIPMT 2012.

The application forms for AIPMT 2012 are available online, the last date for receiving application forms at CBSE office was February 02, 2012. Applicants who have missed the date can apply with first late fee before 15 February 2012, however the cost of application form will be Rs. 500 extra. The below schedule has dates and fee details for submitting AIPMT 2012 application forms.

NOTE: The candidates must note that after submission of the application form it cannot be withdrawn. Claims for refund of application fee will not be entertained.

Students who appear for AIPMT 2012 will only be eligible for MBBS / BDS Admissions under Delhi University. The affiliated colleges are Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences, and the Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences for dentistry.

  1. Sir, i have secured AIR 1378 IN aipmt and in delhi region it’s 442 and under SC(Delhi Region) category my rank is 24. I belong from Delhi. Will i be able to get admission in MAMC under 85% delhi quota(it includes 14% seats for SC students).

  2. I’m from Delhi, and I’m expecting 80% in the AIPMT mains. How high do you think the cutoffs for MAMC will go?

    1. sir, those who have not qualified in the merit list(main exam) and are resident of Delhi still have any chance of selection in Delhi

    Sorry only aipmt rank will be considered for delhi student quota 85% and rest 15% will be open for all india student on aipmt rank nothing changed for outside delhi student
