Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences based in Bangalore, India, is a unitary university set up in 1996 by the government of Karnataka, India, for the regulation and promotion of higher education in health sciences throughout the state of Karnataka.
Testing problems in Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) is not new, it all started in 2006, when the university faced a government inquiry when evidence was revealed that professors had provided students with copies of a post-graduate entrance exam beforehand.
