This year as many as 80,000 engineering seats are on offer in Karnataka out of which at least 40,000 seats are under government quota. The CET Counseling for engineering admissions in the State has been delayed from June 27, 2011 to July 7, 2011. New counseling dates are announced a couple of days ago.
The CET counseling will be held in four sessions per day, two sessions will be in the morning and two more sessions will take place post lunch. The counseling will take place in a span of 26 days starting from July 7, 2011 (Thursday) and concludes on 03 August 2011, the final day counseling is for Architecture course.

Around 60 colleges in Karnataka accept fee of Rs 33,090 while 102 colleges seek Rs 38090 per year.
