SVPISTM Invites Applications for MBA / PGDM Courses [Textile]

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School Of Textiles & Management invites applications for two years full time MBA or PGDM courses in Textile, Apparel or Retail Management.

Selection method

  • Candidates will be selected based on CAT/CMAT/XAT/JCCAT/TANCET scores followed by GD & PI.
  • Candidates who have not appeared for MBA entrance can attend SVPISTM admission test
  • SVPISTM uses CAT for short-listing the candidates for post graduate programmes in Management/MBA

Application procedure

Application forms can be obtained for PGDM programmes in person by paying Rs 400/- (Rs 300/- for SC/ST) by cash or through post by sending a demand draft for Rs 450/- (Rs 350/- for SC/ ST) drawn in favor of SVP International School of Textiles and Management payable at Coimbatore.

Ambedkar University Delhi Invites Applications For MBA

The School of Business, Public Policy & Social Entrepreneurship (SBPPSE) is the associated business school of the Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD). SBPPSE has been set up to promote research and to provide professional education and training in the field of Business Administration, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship. SBPPSE offers two year full time MBA course in trimester mode and a summer internship.

Admissions are made based on the entrance test which will be conducted by AUD (SBPPSE) on Sunday 18th March 2012 in various centres in India.  Those applicants who had registered and applied earlier (in October/ November 2011) by quoting their CAT Reg. No. need not register/ pay again, but will be invited to take the Admission Test.  On the basis of scores obtained in the on-line Admission Test candidate will be shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) which will be held at AUD premises in the middle of April 2012.

Eligibility to apply

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognised university; relaxation of 5% will be given to candidates belonging to SC, ST and Physically Disabled (PD) categories.

MBA Fee structure

Total fee will cost about Rs. 278,000 the Institute also offers scholarships and fee waiver schemes for deserving students.

Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree Examinations are eligible to apply irrespective of their percentage of scores obtained till the time of application, provided that they expect to fulfill the eligibility criteria when their results are declared and which must be submitted to the AUD Office before 31st July 2012.

School Of Petroleum Management MBA Admission Notification 2012

School of Petroleum Management invites applications for two year full time MBA residential programme. School Of Petroleum Management was formerly known as Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar. There are a total 0f 60 seats for MBA course, candidates who have appeared in CAT 2011 conducted by IIMs are eligible to apply.

Selection procedure

The candidates short listed on the basis of aggregate CAT score will be required to appear for group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) at SPM, PDPU on specified date(s).

Score matrix for final selection

UPES To Conduct GD & PI For MBA Admissions 2012

University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) is conducting  Group Discussions & Personal Interviews at various locations across India for MBA Admissions this academic year.

UPES invites students who have appeared in December 2011 MAT, September 2011 MAT or CAT 2011 to participate in Group Discussions & Personal Interviews subject to fulfilling the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

Eligibility rules

  • Minimum 50% in Graduation, X, XII
  • Should have appeared CAT or MAT

For MBA Oil & Gas/ Power Management/ Energy Trading/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ International Business:

Students having minimum CAT’11 score of 75 percentile or MAT score of 80 percentile are eligible to participate directly in Group Discussions & Personal Interviews being conducted for these UPES MBA programs.

For MBA Port & Shipping Management/ Aviation Management/ Information Systems Management/ Infrastructure Management:

Students having minimum CAT’11 score of 70 percentile or MAT score of 75 percentile are eligible to participate directly in Group Discussions & Personal Interviews being conducted for these UPES MBA programs.

Note

Candidates who are not meeting the eligibility criteria based on their MAT/CAT score basis are advised to apply for UPES Management Entrance Test (UPES- MET) scheduled on 25th Feb 2012. The last date to apply for UPES MET is 4th Feb. 2012.
