VTU To Launch Marine Engineering Course This Academic Year

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) will start a course in Marine Engineering, the course will be Under Graduate level 4 year engineering degree. The course has been approved by Directorate General of Shipping, AICTE approval is awaited. The curriculum for this course is adopted by the Indian Maritime University, Visakhapatnam.

27 seats will be available through Karnataka CET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority, students with 45% aggregate in II PUC will be considered for admission into Marine Engineering. The course will be offered in Mangalore Marine College, 33 seats will be under management quota with a fee of Rs 125,000 per year.

    • I advice u not to go to this college.Type the college name with a word fraud and ull see the consequences.Study it in detail and advice many .
      I advice u to do mechanical engg n then go for GME course in some reputed colleges like in munbai MMTI etc
