  1. wtf……….vit at no.12..r u kidding me and bit mesra at 21(featured in top 15 in every other list)…..no iit bombay……phew…..do u still xpect ny1 to believe it…….

      • Most surprise entry is VIT vellore. Only last month I had been to VIT for counselling. On the very first day out of 5000 candidates called for counselling only 750 reported. Most of the candidates were waitung for AIEEE results. Seats vacated later will be auctioned for huge consideration. I know last year students with ranking > 100000 in VIT got CS!
Faculty is absolutely poor quality and 90% are not more than B Tech who could not get job after B Tech.
Students should not be misled by reputed mags like India Today.

There are various engineering colleges in India, other that IIT’s & NIT’s.
Though IIT’s are the best but we should know the ranking of other colleges also.
Collegekhabr is doing a great job in the ranking of all the engineering colleges and the best part is that you can also participate in this survey.
